Located inside Scarborough High School at 11Municipal Drive, Scarborough, Maine, just 3 miles from Exit 42 of the Maine Turnpike. Parking is available onsite.

The full auditorium has 730 seats. All rows are lettered and all seats are numbered.

There is a public address system in the auditorium. Eight microphones can be utilized simultaneously. House microphones consist of EV 257A unidirectional and Astatic 910 omnidirectional microphones. The sound board is a Yamaha MG16/6FX mixing console. There is a stage monitor system in place.
