1. Any High School student who is planning to play football next Fall please join us after school, Wednesday, Tomorrow, at 2:30 in the Cafeteria to meet our new Football Coach!
2. The Student Council will meet this Wednesday after school in B201.
3. Friday is the LAST day to order your 24-25 Yearbook! There is no guarantee that there will be extras in June. Please order by Friday by logging into Jostens.com
4. The Freshman Class is hosting a pickleball tournament from March 11-13th. Sign-ups are open now to all students and staff, and the Google form can be found in your email. All equipment will be provided. The cost to enter your team is $10. The top two teams will win gift cards from local businesses. Sign-ups close Wednesday, March 5th, so please complete the form as soon as possible. Email Mr. Townsend with any questions!
5. The Scarborough One Act Team is pleased to announce this year’s production of Frankenstein! You can come support your peers and see this classic horror 3 times this weekend:
Friday night at 7:00 pm
Saturday night at 7:00 pm
Sunday afternoon at 2:00 pm
The show runs 40 minutes. There is no charge for tickets, however, a $10. donation is greatly appreciated. Impress your English teachers by going to the show and experiencing this literary classic!
6. If you are interested in playing Boys Lacrosse this Spring, come to the players meeting on Friday after school in the AP Room. Meeting begins at 2:45
7. Congratulations to the SHS Alpine Ski Team for finishing 4th in slalom and 2nd in giant slalom in the class A State Championship races. Scoring for SHS was Clara Ferrie, Madison Bailey, Lilah Ferrie and Evie Wiernucz. Also representing SHS at States was Rosa Perlut and Ria Pasalic.
Clara finished 2nd overall in yesterday's GS at Sugarloaf. Clara also finished 6th overall at Shootouts last week which qualified her for the Maine State Ski Team; she will be representing SHS at the Eastern Ski Championships. Congratulations to all of the girls on the team and good luck to Clara at the Eastern Championships!
